We recommend that you buy your tickets online to ensure your entry to the Museum on the day and time you wish. Alternatively, you can purchase tickets at the Museum’s box office, however there may be limited availability or waiting times.

Yes, it is possible to buy tickets at the Museum’s ticket office. However, we recommend purchasing online to ensure admission on the day and time you wish, as there may be restrictions on availability or waiting times.

Changes can only be made to electronic tickets. You can change the date and time of your visit on our website by selecting the “Tickets” section. You will have 28 days from the original date to reschedule your visit. The change can only be made by you and only once.

No refunds will be given. Customers are entitled to a refund or credit only if the Museum of Illusions Thessaloniki cancels the visit due to unforeseen circumstances. If the visitor does not show up, the visit will be charged normally, with no possibility of rescheduling or refund.

There is no special ticket for large families. The Museum offers the Family Package, which includes 2 children’s tickets and 2 adult tickets. An individual child ticket must be purchased for each additional child.

The Museum of Illusions has no parking facilities for its guests. However, there are private and public car parks in the area.

The Museum of Illusions in Thessaloniki provides an enjoyable experience for visitors of all ages. The museum’s exhibits are designed to be safe and engaging for young children, encouraging them to play, laugh, and experience the wonder of the illusions.

Museum of Illusions Thessaloniki does not have a cloakroom or safety deposit boxes. There is limited space at the entrance to the ticket office for visitors to leave bulky items (bags, suitcases) with their own consent, as this area is not guarded.

Pets of any size are not allowed in the museum. They are also not allowed in bags or cages.

Museum of Illusions Thessaloniki is a private initiative. Free admission is not provided on these dates.

Free admission for holders of a personalised free admission card to archaeological sites and museums and for teachers. The visit is free and can be booked by telephone. To receive free entry, the card must be presented at the museum’s ticket office.

The Museum Shop offers a selection of educational games, wooden puzzles, and souvenirs inspired by the Museum’s illusions. The shop is open during the same hours as the museum and is conveniently located inside the museum, adjacent to the ticket office. Visitors are invited to visit the shop without a ticket to attempt to solve the games and puzzles featured in the museum.
