Changes can only be made to online tickets. You can change the date and/or time of your visit on our website in the ‘Tickets’ section. It is possible to reschedule the visit up to 28 days before the first date of the visit. You can only change tickets once.

Museum of Illusions tickets are non refundable. Tickets may be rescheduled just before the reservation time, dependending on availability. No-shows will be charged the full price and will not be rescheduled.

There is no luxury ticket. The museum offers a family package consisting of two children’s tickets and two adult tickets. Each additional child requires a separate children’s ticket.

Museum of Illusions Thessaloniki does not have a cloakroom or safety deposit boxes. There is limited space at the entrance to the ticket office for visitors to leave bulky items (bags, suitcases) with their own consent, as this area is not guarded.

The shop operates according to the museum’s opening hours and is located inside the museum next to the ticket office. Visitors are welcome to come to the shop without a ticket to try to solve the games and puzzles of the museum.
